Voiceover and dialect actor, coach, and instructor
"MaryMac" has been a professional artist since 1979, in many shapes and sizes: Producer, director, actor, language consultant and dialect coach, voiceover artist, among other titles. She resides in Portland and works nationally. She is firmly placed at the city's largest companies, serving as a Resident Artist at Artists Repertory Theatre, and dialect coach for Portland Center Stage. Other theatres include the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Mt. Hood Rep, and her own production company, Readers theatre Repertory.
MaryMac served as the series coach for the TV shows "Leverage" and "Grimm," and also coaches" Once Upon a Time," "Being Human" and several films for Hallmark Hall of Fame. Voice acting is Mary Mac’s day job, and she’s been heard by millions in her commercial and animation work, from Lady Jaye on "GI Joe," to the calming voice of Lunesta. Mary holds her MFA in Theatre Arts from the University of Portland.
