Interested in becoming EMR certified? WEMS facilitates an EMR class every fall semester. Classes typically last for 6 weeks with 8 hours of class time a week for a total of 48 instruction hours. Upon the completion of the class and final testing, participants will be able to apply for OHA licensure.

Becoming an EMR is the best way to prepare for everyday medical emergencies and to keep your community safe. Please note that you do not have to join WEMS upon the completion of the course, but we would love to have you on the team!
