Email and Calendar - Overview
There are many different devices supported by Google Workspace for Education and there are several different methods of accessing or syncing your content with Google.

Server Settings
With Apple iOS and most Android devices, the setup is automatic, except for entering your username and password. Depending on your device and the method you choose to use, you may need to manually enter the server settings. If your device does not detect the Google mail servers, you will need to enter the correct settings:
- Incoming Mail Server: imap.googlemail.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL or TLS
- username: your entire WU email address (e.g. asmith@willamette.edu)
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.googlemail.com
- Port: 465
- Security: SSL or TLS
- username: your entire WU email address (e.g. asmith@willamette.edu)
iPhone - iPad (iOS devices)
- Add your Willamette Gmail account to your iOS device
- (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)
- Calendar Sync selection - Once you've set up your Calendar, you can choose which calendars to show up on your phone:
