For reservations that require multiple support services, please book your event at least three weeks in advance.
Space Availability?
- Check advertised events on the to avoid booking multiple major events on the same date.
- Visit the to see if the space you are interested in is available to be booked.
- Select "Locations" and scroll down to the room to see if it is available.
- If the space is available, continue the request process.
- Once an EMS confirmation email has been received, you may publicize your event by adding it to the university .
Catering?
- Submit catering orders in at least 14 business days prior to the event date.
- Need linens?
- If you would like linens for your event, please email catering@willamette.edu at least 14 business days prior to the event date.
- Requesting alcohol?
- If alcohol service will be part of your on-campus or university sanctioned event, you must submit an at least 14 business days prior to the event date.

Need Additional Technology?
- Email WITS@willamette.edu for:
- Computer, audio/visual equipment, microphones and other technology needs M-F 8-5 p.m.
- Submit an ASWU Sound Request Form for:
- Any event tech support needed outside of WITS regular hours.
- Non-Music Department events scheduled in Hudson Hall and Smith Auditorium.
