1. Research Tools and Randomizers
This site has a free set of tools for help in generating random numbers, assigning participants to experimental conditions, and drawing random samples from larger populations of stimuli, participants, or observations.
This site offers a host of tools for generating, simulating, and testing for random patterns of values, including tools appropriate for random sampling (with and without replacement), randomizing assignment to research conditions, and randomizing orders of presentation for survey questions and research stimuli. This extensive site also includes simulations for games ranging from dice-rolling and coin flipping to Powerball and Keno.
2. Statistics Textbooks
This on-line text by Richard Lowry (Vassar College) covers most of the basic and a number of more advanced topics. A strength is that it's linked to a full "package" of free statistical tools called VassarStats (accessed by clicking on the "Online Statistical Computation" hot link on the left of the home page.

A strength of the on-line text is the inclusion of hyperlinks to multiple other, more detailed sources and tools. It is part of the larger Rice Virtual Lab in Statistics (RVLS) where one can find instructional simulations and free analysis tools.

This on-line text is part of the supporting materials for the major statistical software package called Statistica (by Statsoft). A strength of this resource is that it covers a number of more advanced statistical techniques, including general conceptual overviews at the start of each section or topic.
